Sew Fab :: We need to talk about underwear

It’s here! The long-awaited Winter Sew Fab Pattern sale is happening right now.  I don’t want to hold you in suspense so I will come right out with it…I made underwear!

 

I’m going to be honest one of the first things that excited me about this bundle of patterns was the inclusion of a pattern for panties.  I mean underwear people! It’s essential and yet I’ve never sewn any for myself.  Not for nothing but the fact that I can stitch my own undies kind of makes me WAY more prepared for a life off the grid.  And, they are such a quick sew with this pattern! I was able to use large pieces of scrap fabric to make mine. Meaning they cost next to nothing to make!

Of course, I have been laughing at myself ever since the sale started because ALL THE OTHER LADIES on the pattern tour recognized that the panties pattern was accompanied by a super sexy nighty and they are rocking it, I’ve even seen a Mrs. Clause version. Meanwhile, I’m going all Mockingjay about things.  Typical.

So, to make up for that I’ve labeled my undies to spice things up.
